Liability Waiver

I understand the cleaning and detailing services performed may include, but are not limited to, washing, waxing, interior vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and polishing. I acknowledge these services will be performed with due care and professionalism.

I understand the Service Provider is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, upholstery stains, or mechanical issues. Any existing damage has been disclosed to the Service Provider prior to the start of the service.

I acknowledge it is my responsibility to remove all personal belongings, valuables, jewelry, currency, etc. from the vehicle prior to cleaning or detailing services. Please remove all loose change and sticky dollar bills before our vacuums do. The Service Provider is not liable for loss or damage to any items left in the vehicle.

I understand all reasonable precautions will be taken; however the Service Provider is not liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the cleaning and detailing process unless such damage is proven to be the result of unreasonable and specifically gross negligence by the Service Provider.

I understand the Service Provider uses professional-grade cleaning products and chemicals. I agree to inform the Service Provider in advance of any specific sensitivities, allergies, or preferences regarding the products used on my vehicle.

I acknowledge the cleaning and detailing process may not fully remove certain stains, odors, or damage, particularly scratched paint or damaged/swirled clear coat. The Service Provider does not guarantee specific results.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to the cleaning and detailing services provided.

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, accidents, or equipment failure.

This Agreement shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Utah, Davis County, and the City of Clearfield.
