Detail Therapy staff do not wear masks during service. If you would prefer that your technician wear a mask during your vehicle's treatment, please make this request at the time of booking.

Gift certificates are available for purchase online or in-person. All gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable.

A digital copy of your gift certificate will be emailed to you the same day of purchase and is printable instantly. Please contact the spa at 801-839-4640 if you experience any issues.

Detail Therapy operates by appointment only. Same-day appointments may be accepted based on availability.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations. A 50% cancellation fee applies if adequate notice is not provided. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for refund.

You are welcome to drop off your vehicle or stay and watch the treatment. Transportation assistance is available upon request.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any pre-service discussion.

Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before your appointment. Detail Therapy is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

You are welcome to watch your vehicle's treatment. Please note that conversation during service may extend the overall treatment time.

Children are not permitted at the facility without a scheduled appointment and a present guardian.

Detail Therapy uses only commercially available and tested products. By their nature, these products are inherently abrasive at a microscopic level (similar to toothpaste). They can remove pollutants and surface contaminants but will not restore damaged paint.

Quoted service time includes consultation, transportation (if requested), cleaning, and/or detailing.

We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and ATM debit. Personal checks are not accepted. Gratuities are not included in service pricing but are always appreciated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Detail Therapy may share photos of vehicles on social media and marketing materials. No personally identifiable information (license plates, registration, full names, or addresses) will be shared. We will request permission before recording. We ask that all clients maintain respectful conduct. Disrespectful behavior or threats of violence will be reported to law enforcement.
