WHAT HAPPENS NEXT:
RESERVATIONS – All cleaning and detailing work is by appointment only. Same day
appointments may be accepted, please be considerate of our time while we try to save yours.
CANCELLATIONS – As a courtesy to our team we require a minimum 24 hours’ notice of
cancellation for any scheduled cleaning or detailing service. There is a 50% cancellation fee
applied to the credit card or gift certificate used to secure the appointment when notice is not
provided. Same-day appointment and/or cancellations will not be refunded.
DROP-OFF APPOINTMENTS – You are welcome and encouraged to drop your vehicle off at
our detailing garage and spa to watch us work our magic. If you require transportation with your
vehicle prior to cleaning or detailing, please request transportation when booking your
appointment. Please remember transportation takes time, specifically yours and your vehicle’s
time at the garage and spa.
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY – We suggest you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to
prepare for your experience. Late arrivals are unlikely to receive time extensions or service
discounts.
JEWELRY/VALUABLES – Detail Therapy recommends leaving all valuables at home. Why
were they in the vehicle anyway? We are not responsible for any loss or damage. Remember to
remove all loose change and sticky dollar bills before our vacuums do.
OBSERVING TREATMENTS – You are welcome to watch us work our magic, please
remember talking, answering questions, and showing how we work our magic takes time,
specifically yours and your vehicle’s time at the garage and spa.
CHILDREN – Out of consideration for other spa guests, children without appointments and a
present guardian are not permitted.
PRODUCTS USED – We only use commercially available and tested products. While products
including solvents, cleaner wax, polish, and compound are inherently abrasive at the microscopic
level (similar to and less-abrasive than toothpaste), these treatments can remove pollutants,
contaminants, dirt, and oxidized paint. These products help to smooth out scratches, but will not
restore paint. These products and processes can also condition paint to prevent it from drying
out, cracking, or peeling.
SERVICE TIME – Service time includes time for consultation, transportation to and from any
destination (if requested), cleaning, and/or detailing service.
PAYMENT – We gladly accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, or
ATM debit cards. We do not accept checks. Gratuities are not included in any cleaning or detail,
and are greatly appreciated. Prices are subject to change.
SOCIAL MEDIA and MARKETING – We may share photos of your vehicle interior and/or
exterior as part of marketing. These photos will not include personally identifiable information
(PII), specifically license plates, vehicle registration, full client names, or client living addresses.
Please request permission to record or share any part of our processes and techniques. Out of
consideration for other Detail Therapy guests and our staff, please always keep your voices,
words, and conduct respectful. Disrespect, foul language, or violence will not be tolerated, and
will be reported to local law enforcement.
